20. Glasgow, Scotland

Scotland’s largest city – which gets 44 inches of rain each year – lies close to the country’s drizzle-sodden west coast. If you’re visiting Glasgow, you’ll have to hope that you’re lucky enough to come on one of the 195 days in an average year when it doesn’t rain, rather than the other 170 when it does.
